We never assign any Babysitter/Care Specialist without screening and their background verification. We also check their references. Our due testing and training in the safety and security matters tell a lot by our satisfied customers. Our caregivers are always clean, energetic, well trained and safe to deal with your family. Our Babysitter, as professional, knows how to keep your child active and remain engaged in play.
Our Caregiver Are:
- ° At least 3 years of experience
- ° Over 18 years of age
- ° Successfully Completed 1 month Training Module.
- ° Completed Our Screening Process and Personally interviewed
- ° Passed drug test
- ° Having at least High school diploma
- ° At least 4 verified professional references and/or letters of recommendations
- ° Hold current CPR & First Aid certifications
Care Specialist Are Required to Have On-Hand:
- ° Company ID card to be presented to client upon caregiver’s arrival.
- ° Fully charged cell phone so that they can be reached at all times.
- ° They will be wearing company dress, carrying an activity bag with First Aid Kit, games, and other age appropriate activities.
- ° Swimming and outdoor activities are permitted with signed consent forms.
Responsibilities
As per the age we always observe the gradual growth and developmental factors of the baby, specially the infants, which may include crawling, walking, rolling over, holding his/her head up, and mini-pushup and so on. Other than these internal and physical developments our sitters see the child proofing, food intake habits and so on with different age based games.
Here is some basic duty of a babysitter and Care Specialist:
- ° The primary role to care for your children at home.
- ° Provides supervision and closest attention to your kids
- ° Ensures your children’s safety
- ° Cooks and feeds your children
- ° changing, preparing bottles, swaddling, burping, soothing, sleep training
- ° Bath and Massage therapy to your kids

- ° Interacts and engages in your kids’ daily activities
- ° Helps to tutor on their pre-school study
- ° Performs light housekeeping works (upon agreement for live in babysitter)
- ° Maintaining & Tracking daily activity report- Keep report of everyday activities and health information about each child.
- ° Hygiene and Cleanliness: Diaper change, dress up and groom, keeping bedrooms, play areas clean and tidy.

Each sitter has been screened to meet the following requirements:
Screening: An initial application is received by each Baby Sitter/Caregiver. We do the screening of all candidates to verify that the applicant is at least 18 years of age, has reliable transportation and has extensive childcare experience with children of all ages. Screening by Special Counseling Committee to check behavioral and personality traits. A face to face interview is conducted with the Baby sitter/caregiver applicant to screen their character, professionalism and level of desire to work with family.
Background Investigation: A customized background investigation is conducted on each Professional Sitter/Caregiver with police verification. Each investigation is customized to the professional sitter's specific background history and an investigator will personally review each case to ensure accuracy.

Reference Checks: Several references are contacted to verify the sitter's work history and experience level. Only professional babysitter/care specialists with positive references are accepted.
Training: we conduct 1 month training include First aid, baby care, elder care knowledge, CPR training etc.
